I’m Michele Mendoza – therapist-in-training and relationship coach.
I created Living Emotionally Mature because for years, I did everything “right” — therapy, self-help books, positive thinking — and still found myself stuck in the same emotional cycles: overreacting, shutting down, or feeling misunderstood.
