How I went from
depressed and anxiety-driven
to helping others find belonging.
Before I got serious about my health, both physically and mentally, I was miserable in every sense of the word.
In fact, most of my life I was timid, overweight, lost, unhappy, angry, mean, disconnected, and apathetic.
I didn’t have goals or aspirations beyond what was in front of me. And I lived my life ashamed, sad, and lonely.
In fact, who I am today, the ideas I share, and the solutions I promote didn’t come easy for me.

Not knowing how to navigate life as a young adult, I made the poor decision to attempt suicide. This is my baggage, and it has haunted me for the past 19 years.
But I made the decision to get better, to be better, and since that day I have clawed tooth and nail to get to where I am today-happy, growing and thriving. The road has been messy, hard, and some days downright painstaking, but it has been beautiful.
now I am helping others find the kind of connection and compassion that leads to a life of meaning.
I have struggled with happiness most of my life. I worked with counselor after counselor only to end up broke, on meds, and depressed. Eventually, I stopped taking meds, got serious about my mental health and began a journey of self-love and acceptance. I decided to start this business to help other people feel a little less alone on their journey.
I teach people how to communicate for better connection.
What I have found is that good communication is the cornerstone of living a meaningful life.
is that people who live from a place of unhappiness, anger, sadness, or loneliness know that it doesn’t have to be that way.
No matter what is holding you back, happiness is a choice, and you’ve got to claim it.
My job is to help you do that.
is to help you feel less alone and more accepted for who you are while striving to be the best version of yourself.
